Meridian Apex - Matterhorn 32684M

The Meridian Apex / Matterhorn 32684M built by Cavco Lancaster is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide manufactured home with 2,040 square feet on a 68-foot frame. Beside the dining area, a kitchen island and pantry face a living room with an optional media wall. A bedroom with a walk-in closet is paired with a bath that has a tub and separate shower. A den, three further bedrooms and a utility room with a bath fill the rest of the plan toward the far end. This floor plan is part of Cavco Lancaster’s Ovation home line.
