Meridian Prime Series - Hero 440MP32664T

The Meridian Prime Series / Hero 440MP32664T built by Cavco Lake Arlington is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom doublewide manufactured home with 1,980 square feet on a 66-foot frame. An extra bath with a tub and shower is drawn as its own small block below the plan, alongside the hall bath near the utility room. A tub and a walk-in shower share the owner’s bath at the back left, which sits beside a walk-in closet and the owner’s bedroom. The center holds the living room, the island kitchen and the dining area, with bedrooms at the back right, the middle and the front right. This floor plan is part of Cavco Lake Arlington’s Reserve home line.
