The Grove Series / Cedar 28623P built by Cavco Lancaster is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide manufactured home with 1,492 square feet on a 62-foot frame. A covered porch spans one end of the plan, leading toward a utility room, a breakfast nook and a kitchen with a walk-in closet nearby. The dining area sits in the middle, and a den adjoins a bedroom at the far end. A bedroom beside a bath with a tub and double vanity completes the layout. This floor plan is part of Cavco Lancaster's Banner home line.
