The Grove Series / Maple 28603S built by Cavco Lancaster is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide manufactured home with 1,600 square feet on a 60-foot frame. An island kitchen and a dining area share the back of the plan, with a family room at the far corner and a bath with a tub next to it. A utility room sits beside a bedroom bath that has a tub and separate shower. The living room anchors the entrance beside a walk-in closet, and two more bedrooms sit toward the far end. This floor plan is part of Cavco Lancaster's Banner home line.
