The Canopy / Walnut 28483N built by Cavco Lancaster is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide manufactured home with 1,280 square feet on a 48-foot frame. The kitchen and dining area fill one end of the plan, with a utility room and a bedroom walk-in closet set just beside them. A living room occupies the center near the entrance. Bedrooms gather on the opposite side, with a bath that has a double vanity, a tub and a separate shower. This floor plan is part of Cavco Lancaster's Ovation home line.
